Higan-E outside/online & Keiro-Kai Bento Lunch Drive-through
We will hold Higan-E service at 11 am on Sunday, September 13th at Zenshuji in person and by Facebook Live online.
After the service, Zenshuji cordially invites you to the Annual Keiro-Kai (Honoring Senior Citizen with a bento). Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic and regulations for places of worship, we need to change the procedure for our Bento Luncheon. It will be a ‘Drive-Thru Pick Up’ at one of our two locations: Zenshuji (Los Angeles) or Kaiundo Parking Lot (South Bay/Gardena) from 12 noon to 1 pm.
We still want to recognize all our members who are eighty years of age or older and express our appreciation for all they have done and continue to do to keep Zenshuji and the Japanese culture and tradition available for our future generations. We are enjoying the fruits of their labor!
For those of us who are not yet eighty years or plus, there is a donation of $15 for the bento lunch. Please fill out the bottom form and return to Zenshuji by Monday, September 7th.
Please read the instruction below for the Drive-through also.
