100TH ANNIVERSARY LECTURE SERIES
We had a very successful lecture series, Zenshuji 100th Anniversary A Series of Lectures and Conversations. Thank you very much for your participation! If you are interested to listen to the lectures again, please see the lecture series page below for video links.
ROHATSU SESSHIN
We are happy to announce that we will hold Rohatsu Sesshin this year again. Participants must be vaccinated against Covid-19 and must wear masks in the Zendo during the sesshin. Masks are recommended, but not required in other interior spaces other than the Zendo. Please see the flyer for details. Registration is required. Please register by emailing: webmaster@zenshuji.org
MOCHITSUKI & MOCHI ORDER
This year, we will have the annual end-of-the-year Mochitsuki (mochi pounding) at Zenshuji on Sunday December 18th from 7am to 4 pm. We need a lot of muscle power to pound a lot of mochi rice. Please help us whenever you can. If you are
ordering mochi, please mail/bring in the mochi order form below
to the temple by December 6th. Every year we have people asking
to buy but they did not order. Remember, we order the mochi-
gome (mochi rice) by the order form counts. Please help us to
be more accurate.
One pound of small mochi - $7
Okasane-Mochi 1 set - $10
We also have Mochigome washing on Saturday, December 17th
from 8am. Please volunteer.
