NEW DAILY MORNING ZAZEN
On Jan. 24th, we began offering daily morning zazen. We sit for one period of forty
minutes from 6:20 to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Everyone is welcome to join
us. Starting off your day with quiet sitting meditation will benefit you as well
as all other people you come in contact with throughout the day. Please feel free
to park in our parking lot and come in through the basement door close to the zendo.
We look forward to your participation.
We continue to have zazen on Saturday morning from 6:30 a.m., on Sunday morning from
8:00 a.m. and on Monday evening from 6:30 p.m. Please visit our zazen page for more
info;
